Warm Neighbor is a program that offers help for those who may not be able to help themselves. This program collects money, donated by our customers, to help pay energy bills of those who are in need. The money is collected with the electric bill and forwarded to the Community Ministry of Salvation Army where it is distributed. Any customer can participate by adding the donation amount to their electric bill and pay the extra each month. Please call to sign up and help those who are in need.
